Well, I am cutting the story short, I ordered this jacket a month ago and it did arrive a few weeks late. And I was so angry but the support guys were so CALM and kept me updated. When the jacket arrived the hand pocket was not there only the stitched label. I was going to ask for a FULL refund but they gave me an offer which I couldn’t be able to reject. They did a partial refund of $50 and sent replacement jackets at a 50% discount.
